Wahrscheinlich hast du deine Quota überschritten und wurdest gesperrt. Die Sperre wird am folgenden Montag wieder aufgehoben.
Was ist die Quota und wie hoch ist sie?
Die Quota ist eine Limitierung der Benutzung des Internets (dabei wird ausschließlich das Datenvolumen gemessen). Derzeit ist die Benutzung pro Woche auf 12.5GB begrenzt. Innerhalb des Wohnheims und den anderen Wohnheimen des Studierendenwerkes gilt die Qouta nicht.

Probably you exceeded your quota and have been locked. The lock is removed at the following Monday.
What is quota? How much is it?
The quota is a limitation of the usage of the internet (only the data volume ist meassured). Right now the usage is restricted to 12.5GB per week. It is not measured for traffic within the own dorm or to the other dorms from the Studierendenwerkes.
